VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or be refunded.​

  • The original voucher should be presented upon check-in, bookings, or walk-in restaurant facilities, No refund for the remaining funds.​

  • This voucher must be claimed and redeemed on or before the expiry date after which the voucher​ will be null and void.​

  • O&L Leisure will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and will not accept any​ compensation claim.​

  • This voucher is deemed void if O&L Leisure has not validated it.​

  • This voucher expires 6 months from the date of issue.​

  • Bookings are subject to availability. ​

  • Vouchers can be stacked.

Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be submitted and confirmed in writing by O&L Reservations or directly by the hotel within a 24-hour period.
