In 2025, O&L Leisure focused on strengthening its hospitality offering through clear business decisions, targeted investment, and consistent attention to guest experience. Across the portfolio, the year delivered measurable progress, including new property acquisitions, upgraded facilities, expanded lifestyle offerings, the launch of a loyalty programme, and multiple national and guest-voted awards.

Each milestone contributed to positioning O&L Leisure as a leading hospitality group in Namibia, with a growing footprint and a strong focus on quality, service, and destination-driven travel.

Expanding the O&L Leisure portfolio across Namibia

A key development in 2025 was the acquisition of Le Mirage Sosusvlei and Divava Okavango. These additions expanded the O&L Leisure portfolio into two highly sought-after regions: the Namib Desert and the Okavango River system. With these properties, O&L Leisure now offers access to a broader range of Namibian landscapes, complementing its established presence at the coast, near Etosha National Park, and in the central highlands.
